overall a good organisation to work with, lots of work opportunities and nice culture , good pay master but there is a lack of good management , there are no systematic back ups and plans in case there is a crunch or someone leaves immediately , rest all is good .

Company keeps high importance for learning and top class work process for all activities with quality and safety in every aspect. Focus on process mistakes instead of blaming individuals. Motivates learning culture and provides challenging opportunities which will help employees to improve. Very high level of job security compared with all competitors.

... company but still behaves like old school management and highly micro managing. Salary is very low when compared with market also benefits are very low. Providing tight targets and resources for the quality expected which disturbs work-life balance. Less vibrant work culture and keeping hierarchy to speak up. Less fun factor in office atmosphere
