...nth, at the month end. 5. Too much favouritism, gossips and office politics. 6. From last 2 months they even failed to delever salary at respective date. 7. Most of PMs are non technical, they doesn't understand what is the problem, how it can be resolved, they just gonna shout on you if it's not completed till EOD. 8. They don't give hikes, or documents in proper time, even if they promise and written in joining letter. 9. No value in other company when you switch, they will see this name and laugh. 10. Asking for leave is a crime here, HR team is dummy, you will only get leave if your PM allows. Otherwise just go to office without any further words no one gonna help you.

Work culture is terrible. Project Managers are non tech persons. They don't know anything about tech but they are managing engineers. They have pressure to complete the project and receive money from clients that's why they put unnecessary pressure on developers. They don't think about creativity and excellence.

Scam management. Disrespectful people's. Fraud HR department. Not giving salary for their work. I experienced this kind of fraud activity from Technoexponent. They know how to scam. I spent some money from my hand. But I don't get any benifits from the company.

...rs here CEO actually gives time to listen of issues and helps in resolving them. Salary is on-time.

Filled with rude, rowdy, uneducated managers who knows nothing except how to pass blame on developers (special shoutout to the biggest and most successful politician Mr Soumya Banerjee). HR is useless and non existent. Head of HR Mr. Sudipta Adhikari suffers from God complex. Given the recent large number of 5 start reviews here last month with same text is quite obvious these are fake reviews.
