I was hired for noida location but they ask us to wait for 45 days to get the first salary . Not sure why but it was not a legal practice. They hired a old lady trainer who was mentally sick as she always make fun of new hires and make sarcastic comments. That makes a very negative impression on new employees. Hr and finance department always on work from home so trainers and tls were running the show. Very pathetic. Think before you go to this hell

...ay the same for having full time employment with Telus. My teammates were great. Salary was great as a contractor. No job security and travel was not involved. Too much politics.

Too much politics. As a full time employee, you are always proving your worth to the company. Contracting is the better way.

If u are starting career as a fresher than it’s a good organisation. Telus hire any people who don’t know how to speak in English also . Promotion will be given to those who will intimate with the manager.

Leaders are just asking for performance and telling all the time how hard work they did. However, they never how to improve things to get the revenue in organisation. I was hospitalised for a month or two due to some serious sickness. When I rejoined the with proper hospital documents organisation after sick leave TL and HR started pointing on every little things and daily meeting to torture me forcefully asked to resigned or get terminated. Worst experience ever.

Telus has a very unique job profiles that allows agents to work from home at the comfort of their time. The duties are nonetheless very important. It has a good work life balance and jobs could be completed in the most convenient time our choosing.

Dislikes

The job has a very high job security issue and involves monthly reviews that could put an agent in a tight spot, moreover for an independent agent the job doesn't offer anything in addition to hourly pay, so no bonus or increments.
