For Tenon there is nothing to like about as you always work on the client site. So you don't know the work culture there.

You can't get clarification on your raised query it could be regarding salary slips, appointment letter etc. Even if you keep senior management in loop on email you still didn't get any response. Always fake promises will be made, they treat you as a security guard no matter if you're in white colour job. They hired you without even checking your documents but deduct some amount from your salary in the name of BGV and this is not anywhere in written and couldn't communicated earlier.

...gement in transparent. There is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good, appreciate are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The situation of COVID 19 company has Terminated the Employees no salary gaven by this Company past 3month ago, This facility was gaven by the company, At this time employees Not even get job properly on rainy season, we upset who get the termination

No facility of canteen in this company offrole employees, salary issues every month, no increment process every financial year we get a better reason tht next year tenon fm will checkit No support at this COVID 19 support from this company, No salary, and Termination letter got so many employees at the end

Many things , like coo of the company is targeted perticular employee, work life balance is 0 coo only trying to passon his ball to his jr. Employee. Job security is 0 Work satisfaction 0 Company culture is ok the cm always worried about company reputation i really appreciate him.

Poor pay is mentioned many times. Unreasonable amount of work is also a source of unhappiness. So, if an employee is happy about his/her work environment in general, there is not much focus on pay. Money becomes a big concern when work hours are long and people do not feel the love.
