Pay is okay, could be better when comparing to other companies. Hikes are always on the single digits. Even if you get a good rating, they always come up with a budget excuse. Managers don't care about your career growth, they'll only try to use your work to show off and get credits. Can develop skills to an extent, but most of the products use legacy software. Feels like a service based company, innovation and everything is done offshore, we are just expected to follow the instructions. This results in a lot of calls late in the evening and night, forget having free time as you'll have India specific calls in the morning too. A strict hierarchy is followed, they're itself confused sometimes, they keep adding and removing people in the reporting structure which affects your rapport and you'll have to keep proving yourself to different people.

People and culture are good, Company's goal in general is unique. Good learning for employees depending on the division you are in. Good job security.

Dislikes

Slow pace of work, Do not update technology that frequently. Average Salary compensation, normal increments though you are willing to work more.

Since the company is evolving, there are good projects underway. A balanced work life is encouraged with competitive salary, again likes about company is personal and can’t be generalised.

No dislikes so far except for the office location. Whitefield is really far :)

The work policy of organisation is really very good. However the growth is very slow. Especially the analytical division’s work culture is too bad

Slow growth and less compensation. There is no proper work hierarchy. Just to save cost, people irrespective of division given leadership responsibilities.
