People are really very good...work culture also very good.

They are not just good pay master if you enter in low salary then you will get average incriment of 5 to 6% annually which will give you big dent in long run.

I love the part that i am a part of a team that make reliable, high-quality products and also establish trust among the consumers.

Compensation is low if you are not from MT batch directly placed after your college. I do have received awards and appreciation mails but mostly go unnoticed during the time of Appraisals as ratings are already decided.

# Actually the company culture and policies are good but not same applicable in all divisions. # You go the senior management and HR if you have any issue but again the managers comment is the also valued if he or she tell something against you, You will be judged. # Company gives good leave benefits but if you use for atleast for a week you'll have to ask for managements manager. # Good amount of bonus we get no doubt. # Company provide evening snacks which is good. # Proud to work as according with the TATA COMPANY NAME but not the management they'll ruined your all proudness.

...IONS Appraisals are totally unfair and the criteria will be differ Every year. Forget about increment they don't even give you a good salary hike every year.
