We work in more sophisticated things with challenge and improve ourself . If you want knowledge and work experience in injection molding machine you can choose this company. Suitable for freshers.

Culture in company is not good enough but not suitable for longtime working.

Its a manufacturing unit,we can involve in manufacturing process lively,HT team members are free to work and much more knowledge.

If you are a contract person knowledge sharing is poor for you and work timing may take after 6pm frequently.

I have worked here with passion, the same company have provided space for learning so many things to do all necessary activities which is related to the job roll

Company doesn't have any dislike but people whose around the circle with behaviour and the build a culture whose accept his point and all..this only main dislike

if you can admire your boss then you are best, work not required at all when you are admirer of boss

appraisals to only boss's admirer, others 2-3% max. No feedback matters, they don't like innovations/ not able to. too much politics, work life balance ?? ha ha ha
