Not to talk about much but w.r.t survival skills people can learn a lot as you get humiliated for unknown reasons even though your salary is way less than industry standards and for sure it is not employee friendly and they can go breaking all the ethics and exploit there employees in a very unknonwn way by showing losses when there is a discussion about appraisal or leaves or anything else.

The way they treat their employees though nobody will speak about it.

Nothing, don't know about other departments but in development, CEO would be your reporting manager he would sit with you code with you till midnight and would ask you to wait whole night. No personal life. On the other hand if you take any leave because of any personal thing, they will call you and make you work on your off day too.

CEO gives bad words. And if anyone has any disagreement on this, connect me on linkedin. I can share recordings for the same. I'll suggest never ever work in this company. Worst company ever.

Absolutely worst place I have ever worked. Travelxp.com is a joke and pretending to be a company. The CEO Tanay Chothani is a clueless ego driven figurehead who knows nothing about how a travel agency works. He calls himself a leader but relies completely on CHATGPT for decisions,content,and even pricing. Yes, the company literally runs on AI prompts. The so called core team is a. Clique of 7-8 people, 3 of whom are managers managing each other while doing nothing. Roles are mismatched people with no idea what they’re doing are handling critical tasks. Trip curators are double as PAs and content writers. If you are not a blind follower who feeds Tanays ego, you’re out. Performance doesn’t matter politics does. Sales team? Utterly useless. Clients? Unreasonable and entitled. We were told to refund service fees post booking just because prices were dropped. Toxic, unprofessional, directionless. If you have talent or self respect, avoid this place like a plague. The company may run on ChatGPT but my review doesn’t.

Travelxp gives many opportunities to people who are utmost passionate about their work. They hire many youngsters and freshers.. hence the company culture is great and everyone’s enthusiastic. A great company to grow overall:)

I have had an execellent experience in the past 3 years and continuing to do so. It is a perfect place to learn things because you are allowed to exhibit yourself in every possible ways as there is no heirarchy. Every one is responsible for every work which helps in growth
