If you want to work 10hours per day without taking 2 minutes break with low salary and pressure then this job is for you. 9 to 7 strict timing. Have to work 10hours continuously without cannot even take 2 minutes break. For 2 minutes bad network connection they cannot resist that. Total torturing job. Salary is not applicable for their work load and after 1 year also they cannot provide hike still gave same salary but in the end they refused to give that. Cheating company. They dont treat you like human. I didn’t get any benefits from their side not even experience certificate or proper salary or leave or permission for emergency or hike or work life balance or anything. All i got bad health condition in return

The salary is only 12,000 which is well below industry standard. To make matters worse, they don't provide a payslip so you have no way of tracking your earnings and deductions. When I asked for a salary increment after my year of service, they made different stories to avoid an increment that felt completely unprofessional. It's clear that they do not value their employees. What is worse in this company is If you have a above 15,000 salary they cut taxes when you ask for a reason they say go to Google and check yourself. Save yourself the headache and look for better opportunities elsewhere.

If you really want to join this company then please before joining, do more research about Trawex try to consult with employees who are working in this company and ex employees also, do not believe the positive reviews and HR words they are just manipulating words. If you believe than you will regret after joining in this company. And also don't believe fake reviews that posted on Ambition box try to consult employees, who are working in Trawex because we also not satisfied with the company management rules. Here HR are doing scam and also force us to write positive reviews of Trawex on Ambition box.

They give less salary starting salary is just 12k to 13k and after one year they don't even provide increment. Sometimes they increase 1500-2000 in sympathy. And after leaving the company they don't even give experience letter to their employees. We have to sit over 10 hours 9-7 fixed hours even we don't get break for 5 min. Hr management is so worst here very worst I have seen in my life. Less salary more pressure less increment and the rules are very bad here. Pls don't join company or join at your own risk. Even they don't provide much skills same task we have to do for 3 years. They don't provide you more skills and salary is also very less.

Hr are doing scam to their employees they do not provide increment after one year to some employees and starting salary is just 12k. I advise not to join in this fraud company. The people are fake here. We have to sit over 10 hours 9-7 in front of screen despite getting less salary. Even they don't provide leave easily and if you take leave then you have to compensate on Saturday. Less salary, more pressure, no work life balance. Even we have to complete our work before time still we have to sit over 10 hours on the regular basis in front of screen. There is not flexible time available, hr management and company rules are very bad here.
