No work life balance, no appreciate, only they know to play with words and policies. Worst company. padhe likhe anpadh hai sab.. any one thinking to go please don't. Also they hire for sometime and layoff after their backlog is sorted. Hire and fire company. 10 din me har new company banalete hai. Worst is HR department. Only politics. Can raise voice against them. They simply know to fire people. They have lost gem.

Company is struggling to get projects so no much work for engineers as of now. Company top managment lacks core industrial knowledge hence sometimes puts irrelevant expectations.
