The company initially had a good environment, but over time, internal politics took over. Employee well-being is not a priority here. Raising valid concerns often leads to being targeted instead of supporting. Leadership, especially under Ankit Pandey, has been extremely disappointing. He creates a toxic environment by threatening employees, using abusive language over calls and messages, and taking credit for team efforts while blaming others for failures. He does not support his team and misuses the trust placed in him by upper management. Overall, not an employee-friendly organization if you are looking for a fair, respectful, and supportive workplace.

HR is worst, she is literary a b*tch. Does Politics only, don't know how to talk, arrogant and cheap lady. No work life balance, no holidays. Keep increasing your probation without any proper explanation and proof.
