In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Salary on time ONLY. Rest of the thing worse than BAD. Period.

Unprofessional, Careless, Unsupportive, Unresponsive, YES SIR/MADAM to Clients. People will kneel to the clients whether it is understandable query or unreasonable query for them. Hope you get the gist of it. FORGET about Hike/Appraisals being done yearly basis, they would do whenever they would please. Mine was done after 4 years. I'd have left them but COVID happened.
