...s and no work load,but you will be wrong. Your work-life balance will be ruined. Even if your team makes some small mistake, you will have to pay the penalty. Directoer gives penalty and also keeps an option called PLI within your CTC and PLI is supposed to give you the full amount, but they don't give you the full amount at that time. They always cut your money .How can they torture you? And if you give a Resign, they will consider you an enemy and will also keep your notice for a very long time. But if you think that they will let me serve the full notice period, then that is a mistake. They will harass you and force you in a short period to leave the company soon and so that we can enjoy cutting money. Once you join, you will understand that you are trapped and it will be very difficult to get out of it, so please, please do not join this company, otherwise your life will be ruined

No Culture nor motivation, Worst HR policies and HR staff.Full of politics.Not given your money & experience latter once you resigned. During job also they penalties the amount for different reasons from you and for down the line panelty recovery is ur responsibility.

Company atmosphere is good. Company's director are very friendly and they give us freedom to work.

...have proper policy. Don't have other benefits like medical, Incentive structure. Salary is very less than other organisations.
