Very dissatisfied with pay increases; staff who have contributed for more years are not being acknowledged. In particular, I lag behind the market since my pay is completely out of line with what is expected of me. At the very least, they ought to accept and normalize those like myself who have worked for more years in the same company.

There is absolutely nothing to like about it, the companies 'client pipeline, sales are not happening lot of good team members in development has left, existing people don't know what to do , and they are doing business with people life here in India, Just by getting a new office and acquiring a new log will not make them big, their plan is to sell the company once it grow bigger company to a major business player in the market just take profits and shut it down no employee will have any growth or promotion, A few people in the company is like a snakes ( Head of HR) lot of employees are being mistreated. Don't join this company.

Salary not up to industry standards No clear communication to the employees about how well the company is doing.ofocurce it not doing anything good in the past two years I have literally seen more than 200 hundred employees leave Veltri's unhappily and HR don't even care. HR is the worst, there is this head of HR who acts like she knows everything, but she the worst that I have seen in my 15 years of career, she plays with humans as her toys and think she can do anything she wanted but unfortunately, she is the worst HR ever. Client and employee attrition rate is very high (Employee attrition is very high because of HR doesn't have any idea what she is doing) there is no feedback interviews or exit interview they will leave you stranded in chaos.

Honestly, Nothing to like but there's one thing that's good here, For the junior employees ( till 3 years) , there are no layoffs and even if they are in bench for a long time they got salaries and hikes

...bout our skill 8. Company performance is not at all good. Think before you join. Due to this they even cut out variable pay. 9. Theres no time to even prepare for the switch, Work-life balance is 0 due to deadline pressure

The management team, team leads, managers, and HRs are always available and easily accessible to employees. They can be reached quickly, and learning opportunities always exist.

They have no budget, hire at high pay the fire you at there will. Office politics at it's peak. Horrible management, give promotion and evrything to their Hyderabadi sycophant employees
