Every project and tasks are very challenging. We can gain lot of knowledge. They give good salary hikes and bonus.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics amd management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 3 years. On the job training is not given to new join.

...r starting good then anywhere carries good job control so well managed what the problem regarding the management of salary shoes you will get hold of three month salary and get one month at bonus regarding this problem of PF they will cut and do not pay them in regular basis

I don't HR man management of salaries and their policies regarding anything they want to change within change in minutes we want to see perfect and strong with them then anywhere helps

...lete will be taken carefully, but the support towards the employees is very bad. There's no proper timing of salary credit. The salary of a month is credited after the end of 2nd month. When the employees resign, they won't provide relieving even after the notice period.

Excellent learning opportunity for freshers. You will get to work on great projects, no other company will give you such projects. Very friendly teammate, everyone is supportive. The job security is also very good

...s a waste, no timely response and they are least bothered about your problems. Salary is not given in time, there is no fixed date for salary deposition, you may get salary anywhere between 7th and 25th in a month. Even bonus and arrears are not given in time.
