No likes. They are worst. They will harass you and tourcher you. Don't join this worst company. They won't treat you as employees not even humans. Culture less company. Don't join in this company. If you join this company after you will realise that you made a mistake. So think before joining. They will harass you.

...given after 1 star review is posted. You can check it too. No work life balance. Salary is not given good. No job security, no skill development. They will tourcher you to get the revenue, if you work hard they won't bother you and in return they will blame you. Bad company. They don't have knowledge and will blame others. No proper clients too and clients are also not good and not reputed ones clients also have bad name in the market too. On Sundays also you have to work, you don't have your personal space too. They want only revenue but how revenue will be generated if clients are not good position in market. If you generate revenue then also no use they won't give credit to you. All the negative comments are true about the company.

Nothing to be liked in this worst company. Don't fall for 5 stars they are fake comments which are forcefully given by employees. Some people will come and open your mail and pressurized to give 5 star rating by employees, if employees won't give 5 star they will show you hell. Don't join this company. They will not treat you as humans. I repeat don't join. They will decrease your worth.

Salary given is not good. No work life balance at all you have to work for 5 days a week and even sundays also. No skill development atall. Company culture is worst. Heavy politics. I don't know why higher management is not knowing this. I request higher management to know about this kind of nature is building in their company. Worst company. No proper allowances atall. If you do your work also they will blame you that you are not doing work. They want revenue that's it. No one works well and takes the credit that they have done the work of others. No ethical values. If you take your leave, they will act that we are taking their leaves. Leaves are very less worst leave policy and ther is sandwich leave policy too (company is eating all employee leaves). No job security. They won't give training, you should learn by your self.

Their incentive policy is good. Will get incentives on time alongwith salary in the last day of month.

What i don't like in vipany is about their leave policy, when all other consultancies working 5 days, here it's 6 (2nd and 4th fixed off ) Also the there in only 12 casual leaves nothing more nothing Less. No sick leaves or floting leave policy.

Worst place to work... infuse new people cos they want their business to grow... but never willing to listen or change anyhing about the way they work... Firing is instant withourt any notice period and worst is they will not even tell you the real reason why they want you out of the system. Bunch of people who are with the company perhaps from the start and company still blindly believe they are the only ones who are working for the company... This company can never grow unless they start thinking fresh and out of the box. I feel sad for them.
