Vizlogic as a company provides maximum facilities to the employees by consuming least on its own- whatever received from the client.

Vizlogic hires candidates based on the projects , but while hiring it does not provide the duration of the project . As a result scenarios had occurred where candidates are hired and after six months they come to know that project will end soon - which in turn result in loss of employment for that employee.

Likes

It is a good company to work on. All the employees and Managers are very cooperative here. Always understand your problems and situations and always ready to help you. Work culture is very good, you won't feel any micro management or work pressure here.

At Vizlogic the management focuses on providing a certain amount of autonomy and self discretion to its employee allowing greater amount of creativity and innovation in our work. Another great aspect about working here is that the company takes initiatives outside the office to help develop personal bonds between the employees.
