Good work environment and culture.company policies are good apprasals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is descent but career growth is slow .there is bond of 2 years before which you can't resign on the job .

But not good response for here working employees from this organization.Not give good increment, not give timely salary,not to chance for a best post,and not to learn some extra ordinary work. and very bad is that not any rule is good.because not follow from self. .

I am very happy when I join vtc but in one or two months I feel staff and senior is not good. In two months they have give me 7 transferred in every branch staff divide in group.
