...f there is no messup, they r very intelligent to do any work. I find it amusing. No job security- They hire you with very high pay. Take all your skills and knowledge from market. Build their product. Then say your role is redundant. For developers, they have 40% AI code usage metric which directly implies 40% job cut in future. Overall a big Noooooo....

In recent time, they made lot of changes with respect to cost cutting, which is causing lot of de motivation among employees.

...rformance review process—biased and unstructured, leading to unfair evaluations. Minimal or no salary hikes, even after a year of hard work. - Hostile work culture—internal politics and favoritism lead to mental harassment and job dissatisfaction.

Likes

Although it varies from team to team, in general there is work life balance, and the work culture is good. The usual standard facilities like food at the office, and cab services are available. The additional benefits like mobile phone reimbursement, fitness reimbursement are okay as well. There is a general sense of belonging to the company due to the satisfactory culture.

Dislikes

Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.
