1) Except salary packages and appraisals everything is excellent. 2) HR policies must be revalidated and need to be renewed at par with the competetors, to arrest the attrition. 3) Especially MRs salaries must be revalidated and must be redesigned as per the market standards. 4) Everything like approvals are centralised. So delayed results 5) Marketing strategies must be changed as per the competition

...ted for growth, This is lowest paid organisation I worked in 15 years of career. Every employee all reporting 60 peoples always ask for salary hike because everyone is on very low package.

Dislikes

This is pure Lala company with dummy HR. They will give you any designation but package will be very low. I seen few Regional sales manager are on very low package 6-7 lakhs. Zero work life balance, manager's are running there own company with there own rules.

1-Salary is on time, financially strong house. 2-Brand like Drotin, Urispas, Martifur are well known to the Dr & Chemist. 3-Sale volume is high. 4-CTC, Allowances are standard for Managers. All the Poeple are getting good salary and deserving the same as per their capability and mindset. 5-Most of the Seniors & Teammates are very old and respecting to each other. Talking & helping to the new Joinees very respectfully.

...y are blocked in their own different zone, Out of the industry thought & Ideas. 5-Best house for someone who wants to get average amount of salary on time, Don't wants to Do, Add or learn any thing new, forget about increment & carrier growth, and with lots of lifting(Buttering).

Walter Bushnell is a company that makes products based on needs of customer & also focuses on products that are gaining popularity in terms of market share,that makes it easy for sales employees to generate good sales and meet targets.

Salary is little bit on downside as compared to other companies working in same segment & same job profile.

1) Very Good scientific based work cultured company. 2) It has different mode of Marketing including digital marketing. 3) Having very good resourses to be utilized, to develop business, if you want to utilize at an extent of 100%. 4) Good work balance between Job and Personal life. 5) Good Learning and Development Training department. 6) Good professionals are available at HO level to clarify your scientific doubts related to the products. 7) Quality training will be given at HO 8) Excellent products with good equity in the market 9) Good recognition in the doctors chamber, who easily recognizes your product, who might prescribe for decades

...e very very low as compared to so many mediocre companies. 15k to 16K per month. Highest salary offered will be 17K gross. Hence lot of attrition. 2) Very poor quality work of HR 3) No quick decisions with respect to internal promotions 4) Very slow approvals at HO level and even to appoint stockists also, it is very tough.
