...hardworking staff.My experience with wave has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did this company fail to provide me with the salary I was rightfully owed after resigning due to health issues caused by the nature of the work, but their actions demonstrated a complete lack of compassion, ethics, and respect for their employees.when I requested my final paycheck, they callously ignored my pleas. They conveniently brushed aside their legal obligation to compensate me for the work I had done, essentially leaving me in financial distress during a period of immense vulnerability. Their refusal to provide me with the salary I was owed only further demonstrated their exploitative practices and disregard for their employees' rights.In conclusion, wave online infoway failure to provide the salary I was owed after resigning due to health issues caused by the nature of my work their lack of compassion, disregard for employee rights, and refusal to acknowledge their responsibility are deeply concerning. I urge others to avoid this company and seek out organizations that prioritize their employees' well-being and treat them with the respect they deserve

No job security This is family business and you have to praise the owners everyday to survive People will get ready promotion who all are close to company owners Manager, Director don't have any clue on the above No use of HR team because after leaving organization they will call and ask for all the queries and unwanted investigation My advice don't join and waste your professional life

One of the worst experience, I am working more than 4 RCM Medical Billing companies and this is one of my Worst Company, I have never seen in my life. Too Much of Politics in Coimbatore Location, that's the reason I quit my Job. Also there is job Guarantee, as of now only 2 to 3 projects are there in Coimbatore
