Since company origin is USA, India higher level management is working as per USA team decision only hence job security is less

The team is amazing. Always available to help each other. Everyone including the Management considers all associates as equal and everyone gets opportunities to speak up and put their point forward. Here people are considered as people and not objects. Everyone is approachable at Amy given point of time.

Dislikes

Too difficult to say. It's a firm that understands our issues and always helps in getting a solution. Maybe one thing is that they always try that no associate gets stressed about anything. This is more like a family than a company.

HR and Other Management team is very Good.

The FAST Accounting team managers and directors are not so good, there is no freedom for our ideas. Decision making is monopoly we are not involved anywhere. They listen to your ideas/question/demands but they will do what they want only.
