Pay Scale is good during Joining to Company. We will receive Salary before Month End. Good Holidays here. But Job Security mostly depends upon situation.

Pay Scale once received during Joining that final. Mostly no hike there and Variable pay also very worst here and Job Security also not good, mostly people are targeted. We can not expect growth in Technologies and can not expect with New Technologies. Quick suggestion choose wisely.

They can ask you any day to leave without prior intimation, even if you work well. All that Russian team says, is followed. No team work. No initial knowledge transfer of application. No support, you are on your own

Thers is some learning curve the complete technology team is driven by poland which is terrible.

There is no work-life balance in this company. Compensation wise very bad infact last year they didnt give hike or variable pay for those who completed one year. Very frequent layoffs in everyquarter. Even you resign they will not allow you to serve notice period. They will just throw you out on the next day. another terrible thing is that, this company doesnt have enough revenue or funds to run it if the deals doesnt happen on time. Overall this company is with hype and no quality. in one line this company with hype with no security for employees.

The higher management. It is a sinking boat. No proper vision, they promise you an annual bonus and pay you a bonus of 10days salary, it's like huge scam. Higher management too rude and worse. If you have no offer, just land here or else better choose other org. They have no idea of why they hire and why they fire. Now the company have no funds. They said the management has changed and things are better. But feel the management is pathetic, the people in VP(QA) have ego issues, worst leadership, unfit for lead role but they are promoted to such level which is pathetic.
