Great leadership team, very understanding leaders, flexible working hours, less office politics, recognition and appreciation for good work, in house recreation room, office location in tier2 city.

After office hours meetings, too many meetings, average salary not upto MNC standards, less onsite opportunities.

Politics . Poor Management. Leadership team is one of the worst, they don't deserve to be a leaders at all. HR & Legal Directors all are just powerless. Toxic work environment . Global Management is aware & least bothered about it. If you speak about harassment they'll just throw you out of the office.
