The management gives out quarterly awards and spot recognitions. There are also Excellence Awards during the yuj design the anniversary event every year to recognize and reward talent. I've received it twice in my three years here, and it motivates me to keep improving. It's really appreciate about the management.

Some team mates who have already left due to the muck inside the company.

Leadership lack leadership qualities. Not really an employee centric company in the core if you are unfortunate enough to work under some of the horrendous design leads that they have. All is good till you are on client side.

Likes

Company values work-life balance. Many employees have been here for over 5 years. There are growth opportunities for everyone. If you work hard, seize opportunities, and perform well, you can get promoted and advance you career. No need for flattery; it's about merit. Values and ethics are highly respected here.

Haven't found any weaknesses.

They provided work from home which was a good gesture.

Dislikes

Zero job security, they can fire you anytime even if there is a problem at their own end. They have no projects & then will blame you if you are there on bench.
