In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. The management gives out quarterly awards and spot recognitions. There are also Excellence Awards during the yuj design the anniversary event every year to recognize and reward talent. I've received it twice in my three years here, and it motivates me to keep improving. It's really appreciate about the management.

Some team mates who have already left due to the muck inside the company.

Dislikes

Leadership lack leadership qualities. Not really an employee centric company in the core if you are unfortunate enough to work under some of the horrendous design leads that they have. All is good till you are on client side.
