Good place to learn on hydraulic actuators, design products and hand on experience.

1) Poor salary scale, 30% less than standard. 2) They keep on changing CTC structure but your overall CTC will remain same for at least 3 years 3) Factory is at malur remote location.

Good company for freshers as well as mid level ground. 2020 onwards they have revised the pay scale to match with other big manufacturing industries. Thats a good initiative. It's growing now with employee friendly environment.

Few people in higher position mislead the organisation and try to damage the reputation of other employees.

It is a good place to learn... They have a training school in Peenya plant where basics and also advance topics are taught. You can balance personal as well as professional life.

...nhibited. Appraisal takes place once in two/three years. Increment is very less. Not clarity of salary because of variable incentive structure. Even if you ask HR about salary they won't let you know.

Salary is not upto the mark. Employees needs to do a lot of work. For example a sales guy has to do sales, design, payment collections, installation as well.
