... putting in effort and hard work, you won't receive recognition or appreciation. Management favors employees they like, there's a lot of internal politics, and the pay scale is low. There's no work-life balance, and at times, you may start feeling suffocated and exploited. Do not have high expectations; just do your work, get paid, and switch to another company as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will be stuck here, not knowing what to do, and you may end up extending your journey even further.

...report every 3 months to show matrix to US masters. The indian position for POS?PSI/PS/PDS/TI are working for peanut salary and show they are industry standard but trust me I am stuck with 4 years experience with no job and this experience not counted outside as brand protection and social media analyst in name of SOC. Dont join here and destroy your career. Company culture is slave mentality for indian worker. where USA employee will do 3-4 tickets and expectation of Indian employee as 20-25 tickets from managers.

Very Very Low salary and if interested in social media reporting then only join this company. Experience from here dont count outside for any SOC jobs. Dont join if want to shift later to core technical job, This is strict for operational and back office people where form filling and social media reporting is done , Not a good company. Total micro management and favouritsm in POS team. Every now and then they have to hire people as everyone leaving and joining other companies. Even senior folk not taking service letter from this company to avoid bad reputation of working in DRP based companies. Have taken office in a mall which is another cause where you have to enter from UB City mall entrance where people will go to have fun and you to work in weekend in a mall.

4 days work but no realistic work Cab service Food

We don't need food or cab just give salary and don't pay peanuts . Extremely low pay as per other industries doing same work as RiskIQ or others who also do brand impersonation security ops. The manager of POS ( Ajith ) don't have any experience in SOC and is highly incompetent and has no scope outside Zerofox. POS manager brings other team managers to guide and train his team as he is unaware of basic SOC process. He became manager because of favouritsm. He made TLs because of favouritsm and TLs recognise members of the team because of favouritsm. Worst company culture and very low pay. People here only stay 1-2 years and leave as this experience is not counted by other SOC companies or Jobs.
