The best part is that when the whole world is shut and in process of deducting salaries or firing employees, Zz architect is the only firm i know who r paying there employees on time without any deduction during pandemic situation as well.. Very much caring. . .!!

Freedom to work, to go tonsite, tonkewrn. To explore, to understand design process, to understand materials, to visit expos. There's no cetwin, fixed rules here to go ahead, anybody who's talent, hardwork, can grow faster and reach anywhere unless tu ou, yourself or somebody stops you due to his/her own insecurity and fear Complimentary benefits, rewards are huge here if you perform. He's one of the greatest clientele here so you learn a lot about client management, materials, shops, leadership, Luxary -Here you are boss on site. You treat client equally without there hi profile status, property, power, position, social status, money power etc ZZA keeps the firm on the top of the client Here, he doesn't surrender to the clients easily. But to please and earn the project, he goes extra mile in presentation.

Dislikes

1) Boss himself promotes killer instinct, competition, comparision. Insecurity and fear amongst employees thus it creates frustration and then out of it many good, talented ppl leave this company. 2) ZZ may or may not care (I'm not certain though) for talented. Good hearted, hardworking, creative ppl. 3) Copy-paste work culture is here. You mostly don't create bylut copy from some internation architecture firm's work, or steal an image from some magazine, sometimes modify it or sometimes copy as it is This has created frustration in me, because it was against my nature and expectation from such a firm. 4) Because contineous flow of work and clients, work load is always here 5) Mostly you don't get good draghtsmen. 6) Seniors or group leaders are as usual, like every other places, are insecure and fearful to loose there position (because of created environment ),; so they try to dominate subordinates, not letting them grow (still I grew enormously). Politics is part and parcel of life, you can't run away from it 6) This is female dominated office, boys are insecure here, or have less chances; though girls always claims not to be interested in politics but they are neck deep in domination and politics. That's fact.

Work atmosphere ia good, interior design teams have excellent opportunities, good exposure for interior designers

Dislikes

Architecture team is headed by draughtsman,low standard of work,terrible person,abuses a lot,no job security & partial towards female team members & particular religion, not good for male architect

Sir and Mam are keen in Design and detailing.

Dislikes

Worst thing about this, is one of Architectural team is managed by UNDER QUALIFIED PERSON ( DRAFTSMAN). Who is highly Unprofessional and Egoistic in his approach towards Clients, Vendors and Team mates. Thus eventually creating bad impact on Firm's Identity.
