Period Leave

Eternal’s Period Leave Policy has been designed to give our female and transgender employees the necessary time off to cater to their health when needed during their menstrual cycle. Eligible Zomans can avail themselves of up to 10 days of period leave in a year.

26-week Parental Leave

For all parents -birthing and non-birthing parents, irrespective of gender, including those via surrogacy and adoption.

Health Insurance

All Zomans (including spouses and children) are covered under an extensive medical health insurance policy. In India, they also have unlimited telehealth consultations with a doctor. Recently included Gender Reassignment Surgery in the Employee Health Insurance cover.
