  • Q1. Motor type of induction
  • Ans.

Induction motors are a type of AC motor where power is supplied to the rotor by electromagnetic induction.

    • Induction motors do not have any physical electrical connections between the stator and rotor.

    • They are widely used in various applications due to their simplicity, reliability, and low cost.

    • Examples of induction motors include squirrel cage motors and wound rotor motors.

  • Ans.

Selection Sort Algorithm sorts an array by repeatedly finding the minimum element and placing it at the beginning of the unsorted part.

    • Iterate through the array to find the minimum element and swap it with the first unsorted element.

    • Repeat this process for each element in the array until it is fully sorted.

    • Time complexity of Selection Sort is O(n^2) making it inefficient for large arrays.
