Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - CAUTION FOR PROFESSIONAL : This Organsation is for you, If you are looking for a organization which don't fulfilled committed, have unprofessional approach, have unfair Labour practices, No employee development program, you will be only get new responsibility no appreciation, have unethical practice, decision making by top management very slow, You will not get any Official Letter such as {Appointment letter, increment letters, No Salary slip, at the same you have submitted your document with company so you can't leave organization., not even get experience certificate etc}. Overtime, leave not paid as per law,. No Safety & first aid awareness, Suggestion given for area of improvement as professional are kept under the rug, Old employee are not supportive, Appraisal done on face value. Don't have passion and commitment to develop HR policy & practices with ethic & a per law for betterment of all. Lack Job Security.. ONLY POSITIVE SIDE : Salary is credited in time that's it.

It was like talking to someone jisne english nahi kuch ar hi seekh liya ho, if the HR’s English is this I can only imagine the rest of the company I decided to drop the interview with this chinese english😶‍🌫️
