For freshers it is difficult to get permanent in this company, HR want the company 50 to 60 percent to be employees in contract basis. If any permanent vaccines open even if any other departments then also they will take candidates from HR personal relatives. All employees are fed up with HR head.
Other departments head has low package, but their HR department manager and officer have more salary then others department head, because of company to be in contract basis. In HR all are permanent employees. The company HR group head is worst employees. Even they don't give salary on time on people working on contract basis.
