Hiring For Solution Design Manager For 3PL

Job Summary:
Solution design resource is responsible to optimize warehouse space utilization, transportation & distribution network design. She/He will closely work with existing and new clients to understand their expansion requirement and respond to the RFP/ RFQ.

Job Role and responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

▪ Understanding the new RFP/RFQ from the client. Analyzing the document and attend prebid meetings.
▪ Mapping the customers requirement with the existing 20Cube warehouse space for in-plant, mother WH and Regional distribution centers.
▪ Preparation of all the required documents to respond to the RFP/ Tender.
▪ Closely working with procurement and operations team to prepare the capex, opex and other costing details.
▪ Analyzing clients sales, distribution data & value added services (VAS) to present the business
insights as part of pitch.
▪ Analyze and present fixed and variable costing and prepare quote.
• Preparation of solution design templates industry wise e.g. whitegoods, auto, spares, lubricants, chemicals etc.
• Data Analysis for existing and new clients to bring efficiency and to do cost optimization. Presenting these solutions to the client to seed the business to 20Cube.
• Based on the service excellence, opportunities to be explored to increase the existing business and also new account onboarding meeting should be attended along with Operations, procurement and KAM

Qualification
• Bachelors in engineering, commerce, business management, Logistics, SCM or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience as SCM solution design and experience in preparation of bid response
