Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design and development of applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes.

Its very much process oriented and no deviation from policy/process is expected. The offices are great and you will have opportunity to work with the best clients in the world. You also have opportunity to work on latest technology and lots of learning.
As you go up, you will be pissed off by the management policies. Even though you get to learn new skills/tools you dont have option to chose project matching to your skills. You can be landed randomly to a project where you have total skill mismatch. In hand salary is much lesser when compared to other CMM Level 5 service based companies.
