Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing support to end-users.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesMonitor critical batches & console alerts. Report batch issues. Apply SOP to troubleshoot. Perform IPL/HMC operations and system maintenances. Handle system breakdowns - Emergency IPL, Dumps Identify & report risks to SLAs and engage stakeholders Monitor System performance
