Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process- Ensure timely delivery of projects- Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Its very much process oriented and no deviation from policy/process is expected. The offices are great and you will have opportunity to work with the best clients in the world. You also have opportunity to work on latest technology and lots of learning.
As you go up, you will be pissed off by the management policies. Even though you get to learn new skills/tools you dont have option to chose project matching to your skills. You can be landed randomly to a project where you have total skill mismatch. In hand salary is much lesser when compared to other CMM Level 5 service based companies.
