Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for the project.- Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

- Skill development - Excellent
As you go up, you will be pissed off by the management policies. Even though you get to learn new skills/tools you dont have option to chose project matching to your skills. You can be landed randomly to a project where you have total skill mismatch. In hand salary is much lesser when compared to other CMM Level 5 service based companies.
