Summary:Looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the operational excellence of our endpoint and network security platforms, including CrowdStrike EDR, Zscaler ZPA, and Zscaler ZIA. This role is critical in ensuring the day-to-day stability, performance, and compliance of security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep operational experience in managing large-scale security platforms, with a strong focus on incident response, platform health, policy enforcement, and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the daily operations of CrowdStrike EDR, ZPA, and ZIA platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.- Manage policy configurations, access controls, and rule updates in alignment with security standards and business needs.- Oversee incident triage, alert tuning, and false positive reduction to improve operational efficiency.- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint and network security, providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.- Maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and change management records.- Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to leadership.- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and analysts (L1/L2).- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and security technologies.
Professional & Technical




Skills:

- Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, Zscaler ZPA, and Zscaler ZIA.- Strong understanding of endpoint protection, threat detection, zero trust architecture, and secure web gateway technologies.- Familiarity with ticketing systems, change management, and incident response frameworks.- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.- Relevant certifications such as CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator, Zscaler Certified Professional.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
