Chief Of Staff - Saas/IT Services/Consulting Firm (1-3 yrs)

Role Overview:

We seek a driven, energetic individual to join the CEO's Office.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO on high-impact strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives.

You will help shape and drive the company's growth agenda through rigorous planning, hands on execution, and active monitoring of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Drive and monitor the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process across teams, including measurement and tracking of KRAs.

- Track KPIs and execution against strategic priorities, report progress and assist the board in prioritising with data-driven insights

Board & Investor Governance:

- Support the preparation of board materials, investor updates, and governance frameworks

- Coordinate inputs and alignment across leadership to meet governance expectations

Special Projects:

- Lead or support cross-functional initiatives on business improvement, cost optimisation, org design, and operational scaling

- Drive short-term "sprint" initiatives in revenue acceleration, margin expansion, etc.

Operating Roles:

- Step into interim roles where needed to manage delivery, product, or growth functions during transitions or while building capacity

Expected Qualities:

- Energetic and execution-oriented: You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making things happen

- Comfortable with ambiguity and working across domains

- Analytical and structured in your thinking; strong with Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards

- Excellent communicator, with the ability to work with senior leaders and drive cross-team initiatives

- Hungry for a high-growth, high-responsibility environment

Qualifications:

- CA/ MBA with 1-3 years of experience in:

- Consulting/Deal advisory/Venture capital

- CEO Office roles

- Exposure to working with CXOs or founders preferred
