Your Role:

Were looking for a highly creative and experienced Team Lead - Graphic Design to lead our talented design squad and deliver stunning visual content across platforms.

Responsibilities:

🎨 Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers

✨ Conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for digital & print

📱 Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign assets

⚡ Maintain brand consistency across all channels

⏱ Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required:

✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

✔ Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling

✔ Excellent communication & leadership skills

✔ Experience in digital marketing creatives, social media graphics, and UI mockups

Must-Have Skills

• Design Mastery: Strong layout, typography, color theory, and branding capabilities.
• Creative Ideation: Ability to translate briefs into breakthrough concepts.
• Copy & Visual Sync: Comfortable writing or shaping copy to elevate design storytelling.
• Detail Orientation: Deliver pixel-perfect work that aligns with brand standards.
• Motion & Video (Good to Have): Working knowledge of animations, reels, and dynamic content.
• UX/UI Sensibility (Good to Have): Design with empathy and clarity, keeping user journeys in mind.
