What You'll Do:
- Become a Master Conversationalist: Engage in high-volume communication with potential candidates through various channels - phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more.
- You'll be the first point of contact, making a fantastic impression and building rapport.
- Source Like a Pro: Utilize a diverse range of sourcing strategies, including leveraging our Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva - experience preferred!), LinkedIn Recruiter, various job boards, networking events, and even exploring innovative AI-powered sourcing tools to identify top IT talent across the US.
- Partner with the Business: Collaborate closely with our Account Managers to gain a deep understanding of client hiring needs, technical requirements, and company cultures.
- You'll translate these needs into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
- Conduct Tech-Savvy Talent Assessments: Engage in insightful conversations with candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- You'll be able to understand and discuss various IT roles and technologies with confidence.
- Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire hiring process seamlessly, from initial outreach and screening to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- You'll be the candidate's guide and advocate throughout their journey.
- Build Lasting Talent Relationships: Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with both active and passive candidates.
- You'll build a network of top IT professionals who trust you as their go-to resource for career opportunities.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest trends in the IT market, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
What We're Looking For:
- The Gift of Gab & Negotiation Prowess: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are paramount.
- You have a natural ability to connect with people, build rapport quickly, and negotiate effectively to achieve win-win outcomes.
- US IT Staffing Expertise: A solid track record of 2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment is essential.
- You understand the nuances of the US tech market and the specific skills in demand.
- US Tax & Visa Savvy: Familiarity with US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and various work visa types (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen) is crucial for effectively screening and placing candidates.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: While you don't need to be a coder yourself, a genuine interest in technology and the ability to understand and discuss various IT roles and technologies is highly valued.
- You're comfortable navigating the tech landscape.
- Positive Attitude & Team Spirit: You're an optimistic and collaborative individual who thrives in a team environment.
- You bring energy and enthusiasm to your work and are always willing to support your colleagues.
- Goal-Oriented & Results-Driven: You are self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed recruitment targets.

- Organized & Efficient: You can manage multiple candidates and priorities effectively, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Experience with Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - experience with JobDiva is a significant plus - LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards is expected.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools is a bonus!
