Senior Associate - Trainer

• Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners, and field staff on agri-products, agronomy practices and internal applications.

• Develop and deliver content related to soil health, crop nutrition, pest disease management, and product usage.

• Support sales teams with technical training, support onboarding of new field employees and partners through monthly programs.

• Maintain training MIS, reports, attendance, and feedback documentation.

• Use basic Excel and computer tools to prepare training materials and maintain data.

• Coordinate with the RD and marketing teams to stay updated on new products and techniques.

• Conduct training sessions ( online) for field staff and partners for South State (AP TN)

• Translate technical content into simple, engaging, and regional language-based training.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and on-ground impact.

• Work closely with business, product, and category teams to ensure updated content.

You will be a good fit if you have:

• B.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory), MSc Agri will be preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training or agronomy-related roles

• Proficiency in Telugu (mandatory); Kannada or other languages is a plus

• Ability to engage diverse learner groups (partners, field sales teams)

• Understanding of agriculture or rural market dynamics, along with Agri-Input products (preferred)

• Comfortable with using digital tools and presentation formats (Google Slides, meet, LMS, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage training sessions independently
