Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused University Acquisition Manager - Institutional Alliances to join our team in Delhi. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be crucial in expanding Aimlay's global network of university partners. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing strong relationships with educational institutions, negotiating beneficial agreements, and developing strategies that ensure mutual growth and success for Aimlay and its partners. Your ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to making quality education accessible worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with universities and other educational institutions, both domestically and internationally.
- Identify and explore new partnership opportunities that align with Aimlay's mission and educational offerings, from Matriculation to PhD programs.
- Lead and conduct negotiations for new agreements and partnerships, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and support Aimlay's strategic growth.
- Create and implement strategic plans for expanding Aimlays network of partner institutions, identifying key institutions and regions for growth.
- Ensure mutual growth and benefit for all stakeholders involved in new and existing partnerships.
- Regularly coordinate with internal teams (e.g., admissions, marketing, program development) to streamline processes, share insights, and ensure a seamless experience for partner institutions and students.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance collaboration, resolve any issues, and continuously improve the partnership experience.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in University Acquisition, specifically in forging alliances with educational institutions (domestic or international experience is welcome).
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational bodies.
- Strong negotiation and agreement management skills, with a track record of successfully finalizing beneficial partnerships.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities to effectively expand institutional networks and identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Delhi.
- A Master's degree in Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the education industry is a plus, providing valuable context and understanding of the sector.
