Job Description

Job Title: MBA Intern - Sales and Marketing Location: [Chennai, Tamil Nadu] - Remote Duration: [2 months, Summer 2025]

We are seeking a motivated MBA intern to join our Sales and Marketing team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Assist in the preparation of market research reports and presentations.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and materials.

- Assist in lead generation and tracking sales performance metrics.

- Help design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, etc.).

- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

- Analyze sales and marketing data to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare reports summarizing findings and insights for management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on marketing and sales initiatives.

- Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and strategies.

- Assist in developing customer engagement strategies and initiatives.

- Support the execution of customer feedback surveys and analysis.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
