Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated BE Intern to join our UI/UX Development team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our digital products. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs and behaviors.

Analyze feedback and data to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.

Contribute to the design of user interfaces that are visually appealing and intuitive.

Usability Testing:

Participate in usability testing sessions and gather insights to improve designs.

Analyze test results and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

Participate in team meetings to share ideas and receive feedback.

Create and maintain design specifications and style guides for consistency.

Document design processes and workflows for future reference.

Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance design skills.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A portfolio showcasing your design projects and creative work is highly desirable.
