Product Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies (3-6 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to lead the development of innovative digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to balance user needs with business objectives, strong UI/UX understanding, and a track record of managing complex product design and development cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities.

- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with customer and business needs.

- Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable features and seamless user experiences.

- Lead the execution of intuitive UI/UX strategies that enhance usability and engagement across web and mobile platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to gather feedback and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies.

- Track and analyze KPIs, user behavior, and feedback to continuously refine the product and improve performance.

- Stay informed on market trends, technology advancements, and best practices in product design and management.

- Present product plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders, articulating the value and vision clearly.

- Champion a user-first mindset while balancing technical feasibility and business viability.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Advanced certifications are a plus.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in product management, particularly in UI/UX-intensive products.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful product ownership and cross-functional delivery of web/mobile design projects.

- Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and similar platforms.

- Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and convert insights into impactful product decisions.

- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach and experience using metrics to guide product improvements.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- A team player with experience working across departments and collaborating with external partners/vendors.

- Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and implementation of brand guidelines across digital products.

- Experience in B2B SaaS or consumer-facing digital products.

- Prior involvement in launching products from 0 to 1 stage is a plus
