Key duties and responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom applications/webpages/reports etc in MRI and integrations within the other Software platform

Focused on real estate and propertymanagement solutions.

Configure and support MRI modules (PropertyManagement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.) based on client business needs.

Develop andmanage integrations with third-party tools like REST APIs and enterprise systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Create and maintain scripts, reports, and automation routines to improve system efficiency. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support to internal users.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification-Bachelors degree in Computer Science

3+ years experience developing or configuring MRI Software solutions, with a focus on real estatemanagement platforms.

Strong understanding of real estate operations, including lease administration, propertymanagement, and accounting workflows.

Proficiency with SQL, stored procedures, and REST APIs Experience integrating MRI with third-party platforms (e.g.,PowerBI, Yardi etc).

MS .NET

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills Required
