Position Overview :

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality and performance of our digital platforms. Youll develop automated test scripts, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile apps.

- Collaborate with teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows.

- Investigate and debug automation test failures.

- Continuously improve test frameworks and tools.

Technical Requirements :

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).

- Proficient in JavaScript, Python, or Java.

- API testing experience using Postman or Rest Assured.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

- Strong understanding of software testing practices and tools.

- Experience testing both web and mobile applications.

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based environments is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 3+ years of QA automation experience.

- Strong debugging and analytical skills.

- Comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Familiarity with BDD/TDD frameworks.

- Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
