Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and drive business strategies, goals, and KPIs aligned with company objectives.

- Lead strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of critical initiatives.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics to guide strategy.

Team & People Management:

- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across functions or departments.

- Set clear goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work with stakeholders from Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of cross-departmental projects.

- Act as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to ensure alignment and accountability.

Project & Operational Excellence:

- Lead large-scale projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Implement processes and tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and performance.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.

Business Analytics & Reporting:

- Own forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for your business unit or function.

- Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track performance, ROI, and resource allocation.

- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, project management, or functional leadership.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.

- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in using productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters degree or MBA from a reputed institution.

- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments or technology companies.

- Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Change management certification or agile/scrum training is a plus
